Do not host with 1-grid

Logged a call on the 18th of Feb, as following the steps on their knowledge centre does not work, after numerous back and fourths they just cannot seem to allow access as documented on their knowledgebase.

Then 8 March, they just decide to close the ticket without informing me or making an alternative plan. Terrible customer service and support for hosting
