Disrespectful staff 1 grid
What attitude to be told by ****** that I need to hurry it to down load team viewer!! she also she is not able to call me back as there is calls in the queue as she does not control the call. this is not my 1st encounter with this lady , while I am speaking to her , 1 grid please listen to this recording as this lady is downright disrespectful

24 Mar 2023, 10:37I Hope something is done as this lady is disrespectful to sigh while a clients is speaking to her and to be told that the Client needs to hurry to download the teamviewer , this lady cannot be happy in her job to be this rude !!!!
