Dishonourable and ********* company. Dont waste your time!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Their server was down for two months which meant that for this period I was not receiving enquiries and therefore lost out on who knows how many hundreds of thousands of rands. For 2 months I was being charged for a service I was not receiving. Despite the fortune I lost due to a fault of theirs (which they admitted to) they are not even prepared to reimburse me a measly R260 for those 2 months of hosting. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS FOR 15 YEARS!!! PLEASE save me the nonsense... " sorry yada yada yada response" It doesn't mean a damn thing - just empty words. The only thing this company has going for it is Linda, the friendly consultant. What a ******* this company is. You're an embarrassment to South African business!
