Deleting a domain name for 99 CENTS

My company paid an invoice in December. Today we received a notification that our domain was going to be deleted for non-payment.

When I logged in to the client portal of 1-grid, I saw that the invoice had been short paid. BY 99 CENTS!!!! They were going to delete my domain name, for 99 CENTS!!

Seriously???
