Deducting when they want to disregarding your debit date,

Just after complaining about them deducting my debit order before the 1st because it fell in the Sunday 1st June and Having to fight about getting my bank charges back, they deducted again today being the 29th, even though it was a reduced amount as they did reverse my bank cost for unpaid debit orders, why do they deduct before the 1st, the 1st of July is the Monday, this is bull****, I signed a contract for the 1st not any other debit date and after sorting it out last month, they still go do it again. Do what will their excuse be this time, that the 30th is in a sunday?
