Day 5 - Hosting Problem not Fixed. Our Company's Clients are Stuck

This is the third time in a couple of years I have to resort to HelloPeter in an attempt to get 1-Grid to fix a problem.

In short, my hosted site's security certificate configuration gone bonkers by itself. Koodoos to the person who helped me, he corrected it quickly, but then our company noticed another problem. All of the sudden our Windows and Android / iOS software which interact with the PHP web-services at failed on various devices and operating systems. After looking at the problem, we notice that the PHP script does not get the $_POST variables send to the scripts. It worth mentioning that no code changes were made to our software and no updates released before the problem started. Talking under correction, this is the same problem that happened a year or two ago after system updates.

We wrote a detailed explanation to 1-Grid, had to do it a second time when the helpdesk apparently didn't understand the severity of the problem and ask us to make sure our implementations is correct. The code did not change nor updates was released and it worked until Thursday. Its now Tuesday. Yesterday I phoned again and explained in that I am ****ed as our software services are broken and our clients are stuck. Apparently the priority was increased.

Its now day 5 that our clients are still stuck and our company is suffering reputational damage.

Can someone at one grid respond and fix your systems. Do you understand how competitive the market is for small business in a struggling economy and what damage can be caused if your product suffers such prolonged outages. Our client are big commercial customers whose operations are affected by this.

Please, all we are asking, is to fix the problem and prevent it from happening again.
