This is to thank Danielle B., you know who you are. Absolute pleasure dealing with her. She not only answers the phone with a smile, she pays attention to your request, quietly diligent individual, who I never had to call back twice to get my original request completed. I appreciate an engineer who if they don't have the answer off the top of the head, they don't speculate, and they move to getting the facts rather than their unsubstantiated opinion.
