Customer Code: 26015

I have had excellent service from 1grid for many years. I am not sure what's going on at the moment but I have not had the best of service in the last week trying to get my email services up and running. It's been over a week now and I have no come back or clarity or call back as to what exactly the problem is and if I will ever get my email back up and running again. I am sure there must be a plausible explanation but up to this point I have not heard what it is. In the meantime my clients have moved their business else where!
