Customer care non-existent
Ever since this company merged with another customer service flew out the window. I have logged several queries as my business email is no longer working, no mails can be sent or received - it has been over a week and I get no responses from the hosting company, only autoreplies that a ticket was received. And even one stating my query was closed as it must've been resolved by now. Yes! Except it wasn't!

Sorry to hear about your displeasure towards our company. As mentioned on Facebook, a quick look at your hosting showed us that you ran out of diskspace. You could see this information by logging into your control panel. Approximately 1GB was being used by your website and the other 1GB by your mailbox. One of our colleagues has been in contact with you earlier and we trust that you managed to gain access after clearing up some space.
