Constant disappointment
It is a shame that problems with service delivery have to be aired on such platforms. This becomes even more ignominious when the service problem is between two businesses. But what alternatives exist if a client has telephonically contacted a service provider almost 100 times to resolve one issue without even a modicum of improvement? What recourse is there when feedback is not forthcoming and promises are broken more than plates at a greek wedding? Where does one turn when a service provider by action alone creates a perception that they don’t care and never will? This will be the second public negative review left about 1-grid by a single client. The last review seemingly provoked the attention of the one employee at 1-grid who may have cared to resolve a serious complaint or the ire of one of 1-grid’s management team who thought it best to placate the complaining client and continue with business as usual. We were contacted, begged to remove our first review on facebook, wooed into accepting an apology, promised a resolution to the situation, and then like a serial cheating boyfriend; they made a weak attempt for a few days and then just went on back to their routine of not returning calls, not answering calls within a 1 hour waiting time, not escalating serious complaints and most importantly not providing the one thing they promise publically, “To provide affordable packages to suit your business needs with unparalleled customer service.” I would warn potential customers to be wary and do their research before getting into bed with a company that treats their clients like 1-grid has treated us.
