compliment for Roxanne Peters 1grid

I would like to extend a compliment to Roxanne Peters for her assistance last week. She really went the extra mile for me when she didn't have to. 1grid had an issue with double debits and got hold of the billing department. She then answered, she courteous, kind, transparent and listened to my complaint. I was irate when i called but felt a sense of trust knowing that there was someone who will take care of query cause I needed. Never the less I received my refund, she kept me updated and called to see if all was in order. WOW service ROXANNE. I did cancel my services with one grid but not because of her service but because I don't like where the company was heading to.
