They took down my website without informing me, creating the impression amongst my clients that I had ceased trading. Over several months I continually paid my premium not realising the disaster which had occurred. When I asked for an explanation none was given. When I asked for a refund of my premiums they first tried to avoid doing so, then offered half of the monies due, then offered a credit, then asked for my bank details, then flat out refused to reimburse me. A request to speak to their CEO was ignored
