Cheap but not good hosting

Use 1-grid if you are on a budget and do not care much about uptime and reliability. If you have a small bed and breakfast and answer mails once a day then they are the ones for you. If you require rock solid hosting with 100% uptime, reliable email service that does not go down once a month and a spam system that does not block legit mails and let ***** ones through then best to carry on searching elsewhere. I have been with them for over 10 years and am finally moving on after putting up with years of issues and an appalling support just because they are cheap. Support is good yes you will see from other reviews.. when you get an answer ... but mostly you wait a few days and have to follow up most of the time. I have a lot of websites to move so its going to take my December time off to make it happen but it will be worth it to not have to constantly apologise for another companys bad service. My company is better than this. I have higher standards than having a supplier like 1-grid.com
