Cannot even keep a simple web host up
I host a website with them and the website has been down the entire day (this is a common occurrence with them). I created a support request just before 13h00 today and its been 5 hours and the website is still down and I haven't had any response from them.
I've said it before, do not use them, they will ruin your business.

The service has improved, and the site has not stopped working since the last incident. While I would be okay with changing my review under normal circumstances, I will not now.
1-grid previously didn't auto-renew the sites SSL certificate and ruined the businesses page ranking on Google and cost the business an enormous amount of business and irreparable damage. Then there was this issue, and neither of the issues were not resolved without complaints on HelloPeter, although the SSL issue was resolved by me implementing my own SSL and all I got in return was a refund on the SSL certificate cost.
I cannot rate this business better because you finally fixed one problem. Do you still have the same initial support staff who don't read their tickets properly and respond with default responses? Can you be counted on to auto-renew what you are supposed to? The next time I report an issue to your support staff what sort of response am I going to get? I have not got reasonable reason to believe you have changed.
If by chance I have another support issue and get a reasonable informed response then I will change my rating, until then you deserve the rating and the comment.
