BS-- Built to deliver 99.99% uptime
All we get is "great, we see your site is up again" no root cause, no reason. "27 Dec 2024 — Built to deliver 99.99% uptime, 1-grid's data centre is engineered for maximum redundancy" i call bs, unless you can explain the reasons why mine is failing so often.
