Best Service Received - Premium Customer
Just wanted to share that 1-Grid has improved BIG TIME, I am getting the service aligned to that of a Premium Customer.
I at some point felt you guys were short staffed but whatever change you guys brought into the business is working.
A special Thank You to Vinzenzo he has always responded to my requests with urgency. I know its his job but I feel he needs to be rewarded.
