When you work in customer success, your day might be filled with phone calls however this lady came out top for me. Lelethu nailed my request to the last degree and knows how to treat customers fairly. If I had my way, I would constantly request to be serviced by her whenever I call 1-grid. I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel and in my case, I will never forget the best customer service experience Lelethu offered me.
