Being charged by 1Grid for services I no longer use – possible *****?
I’m extremely frustrated with 1Grid. I moved my domains away from them over 6 months ago, yet they continue to send invoices and charge my account for services I no longer use.
Even worse, one of the websites they’re billing me for was not renewed, is offline, and has been inactive for months—yet I’m still being charged for it. I don’t see how this is legal, and I’m honestly starting to question whether this amounts to *****.
I've tried to resolve the issue, but the charges persist. At this point, I feel like 1Grid is charging for ghost services. I would not recommend them to anyone until they sort out their billing practices.
If anyone else has had a similar experience, I encourage you to speak up too. Customers deserve better transparency and honesty.
