BAD SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE - 1 GRID
I purchased a Domain, Domain Essential, Back Up, Hosting package, SSL Certificate. I have been trying for 3 days straight to get the email up and running with out success. The customer service phone line ring and ring and is non existing. TALK to us on Whatsapp is USELESS because you cant TALK to anyone. We want to hear from you and talk to us on LIFE CHAT is also USELESS. 1 grid have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Made an appointment on their chat for them to call back - NEVER HAPPENED. Lodge a request and got a ticket number - also no service.
REALY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE -
If you're looking for a company that offer support and customer service this is not the company.

Sent me a link to download for support and never come back to me assist with the setup. Should have phoned me back in 2 minutes. How this company operate without webhosting Support just blow once mind. It easy to purchase everything on their website - but that's where the service stop.
