Long waiting times when calling support, sometimes up to an hour before being helped. 1-Grid does not support multiple accounts and services for a single entity, making it extremely difficult to keep track of your work. I have moved most of our business software over to a new service provider with fast support and even callback function, with all my different services and accounts under a single entity.
