BAD SERVICE

Our company has been with 1grid for many years but their service is just going downhill. Have been having trouble receiving emails (which is important for our business).Lodged a ticket early this morning - no response. Been on the customer support line for over an hour, only to be cut off. We have lost 1day's business because nobody has even tried to assist with our emails. DISAPPOINTED and UNACCEPTABLE. Very keen to move our services to somebody else!!!!!
