Bad service
Since they took over from WebAfrica it's a mess. Cannot create a domain or FTP. Try to log a ticket an there website fails. See below:
Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Do not use them the service a mess and the support people do not have the ability to fix a problem!
