Bad Service and Technical Assistance
I am hosting 2 large Electronics e-commerce with 1-grid which are Retail and Wholesale our website is down and the assistance is Bad as Hell even right now we are stuck waiting for domain transfer which is held with no reason when you try to call no one is assisting,1-grid might be good for a small business website but I have a bad experience with them with e-commerce. if one of the agencies is available please assist our business is facing massive technical issues every day our server is crashing around 12h00, email: *** and call: ***.

30 Oct 2020, 13:52 I spoke with Eldrid one of the agency and they are refusing the transfer of our domains, this company is unprofessional please if you want to be safe online use another hosting company, and I will contact legal services if the issue persists.
