Bad service
1-grid have a feature in client area where they display how much you owe them or how much they owe you but they seems to be not using it properly. see how it looks like below. Available Credit Your account is currently R199.00 in credit. This will be app**** to future invoices.
I paid this R199.00 in june to renew a domain but they continued to cancel my domain without even checking properly. Guys if you are looking for a hosting company' come to 1-grid at your own risk. i'm also planning to take my business to another hosting company.
