Awesome service with servers, and loads of flexibility when hosting my clients websites.
I received some really good advice and guidance from Saskia Schuldig when setting up some clients on 1-grid for my web development business.
I have had 100% uptime so far, and even when I have needed assistance the customer support has been really helpful.
Just and FYI - check out the FAQ before contacting support as most of my problems were answered within the self-help section.
