I've been so impressed with the level of customer service and support I've received from 1-Grid over the last few months, especially from John Job, Eldrid, Jo-Anne and Keegan. They have kept me informed of the progress of each ticket logged, and have always seemed eager to assist, even with the smallest of requests. Much gratitude.
