Are they holding me hostage
I decided to move my hosting to another service provider, after several D/O penalties, because 1-grid cannot accommodate a flexible date for when they run debitorders. A R50 penalty for collecting R49. Ridiculous.
My cpanel is locked, the same day of cancellation, and I cannot access my data or files, to move.
Are they now holding me hostage.
Bad 1-Grid, very bad.

03 Oct 2019, 13:271-Grid support has always responded quickly to any support issues. Their was another way to get to the cPanel, and I was directed to that. Managed to do what I wanted to do. So thank you for the support.
