Appalling Service and Unresponsiveness

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from 1-Grid. On Monday, I requested a simple domain change for my web hosting and email account. I was assured it would be handled promptly, but days later, I'm still left in the dark.

My attempts to contact their support have been met with endless hold times, dropped calls, and messages stating no agents are available. This complete lack of communication and disregard for customer inquiries is unacceptable.

I'm left with a domain change that hasn't been processed and a sense of frustration with 1-Grid's abysmal customer service. Based on this experience, I can only give them a one-star rating. I urge others to consider this review before choosing 1-Grid as their hosting provider.
