Appalling Email Support Service
I have been struggling to download an email backup for 3 days and I'm being assisted by *********** staff. 1-Grid's service is appalling. You ask for a senior "knowledgeable" engineer you are given the same *********** people. My request is simple, zip a mail folder with "ALL" the emails and I'm always given the same incomplete file.
The last agent/engineer who was trying to assist me is not supposed to be doing that level of support and he claimed he's more senior than the other agents on duty.
This has been going on for days now... Can someone competent please contact me to resolve this issue...
