Aphiwe to the rescue!!!
After receiving a rather lazy reply to my support ticket (thanks Jo-anne T for just pasting me a tutorial link, but I had read that one before and it didn't help me. Hence my support request) I was lucky to get Aphiwe on the line.
Fantastic energy & super eager to help - he made a plan in seconds, took my number and promised to call me back in ten minutes. Which he did - problem was solved, my website online & my blood pressure going down again.
Thanks a million Aphiwe, you are 100% professionalism. Very impressed!
