I unfortunately have to give a star in order to write this review. They are so incompitent that they request your to write a review on Hellopeter after ignoring your service ticket request.

I have been struggling to transfer a domain from them for almost 2 months now. After being told that either myself, or my hosting company must accept the transfer request . . . they tell me that the request has been sent to an email address that has not been in use for over 10years . . . they are not interested in assisting, nor addressing the fact that I have not access to the email address to which this domain transfer request has been sent. I have numerous emails, and ticket logs trying to resolve this issue with no relative feedback at all.

Im so glad ive moved to domains.co.za who provide a hosting package, cheaper and 10x more responsive than that which Ive had with 1-grid for over 10years . . . once again, when addressing the load speeds, being told I need to buy a bigger hosting package, and finally being told I need to buy my own dedicated Private server with them as a solution to their slow server speeds.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID . . . this is how that treat loyal customers. they are not interested in service . . . only sales
