Amazing Service

The assistance I received from Jo-anne was brilliant, been "technically challenged" even something simple as setting up a mail box is a daunting task, I logged a ticket and received a call from Jo-anne and my problem was resolved in seconds.

What I appreciated most is that even though she logged into my computer, instead of her doing all the work, she spoke me through each step, allowing me to learn on how to do the set up, to a the point that after the call I assisted my colleague in setting up her mail box as well.
