All my data lost! Years of info.
1-Grid had a server issue the last week. I logged in, my website gone, lost all my emails. They said once the issue is resolved, the data will be back. Today I see my ticket is closed saying it is fixed. Logged back in, all email gone and website not restored. I pay money for my website backup, now I have nothing, lost years of info. I want a full refund, as they cannot seem to keep a stable platform. Support is terrible!

I will be moving my business elsewhere, I want a refund on what I have paid for including my website backup charges that you do not honor. Nobody has called me, zero support. Multiple emails. Moving to xneelo, terrible service!

16 Mar 2026, 20:27Same thing, they say my website is up, but it is not my original site, its a temp I had to load. I pay for backups and they not restoring. all my emails and email folders pre outage, GONE! after years of supporting them, I am moving, worst service EVER!!!
