Active Account with SUSPENDED WEBSITE

I strongly do not recommend gridhost to anyone. I have a suspended website even though i am a loyal paying customer every month. I've spoken to numerous consultants and am told that my service are ACTIVE and that they would escalate the matter to the hosting department. Here i am still waiting and paying but the website is still suspended for more than a month. Now that pathetic. Why should i pay for a service i am not receiving? Why should i respect your business if you cant respect mine. Why should it be okay for use to be *********. I am at my wits end and because of this i will be making everyone aware of your stinking no service.
