My experience that I had yesterday afternoon I make this conclusion. It is not the Company specifically, but some of the employees, such as a specific woman named "WIEDAAD" She is probably the most inappropriate bully I come across. She pretends you as a client to be stupid, and when I ask her what her name is, she drops the call. I call back only to deny that it was her. You are an embarrassment to 1 Grid and I hope they get rid of you. That's what I would do. YOU ****!!
