Account suspended?

Hi Team,

I dont really have a problem with the overall company nor the services provided, I just find it very bothersome to reach support when I need it and also they never responded when I emailed them.

I have a query about my website that is hosted on 1-grid, it is showing "account suspended" and that is very weird since you guys are being paid by debit order. The domain has been down for over 2 days now and I need someone to please help me with this.

Please cc:- ********** on all of your correspondences, he is the MD of the company.
