A light at the end of the tunnel.

I have had a recent interaction regarding a website that refused to load. I phoned and the person at 1-grid support that helped me, (I got his name, but do not want to put it up here), said he would phone back regarding the problem. He never did. I phoned the next day as the site was still down and was helped by Zaheer Walley. He said he will phone back and he actually did phone me back in about 15 minutes, informing me that I may go ahead and test the domain. The domain was up and running. We need more people like Zaheer in our businesses that keep to what they promise to do. Well done Zaheer.
