If I could give a zero rating I would. 1 Grid is *********** and has the worst customer service because they are unreachable, you hold the link for a hour just trying to talk to an agent. When you send an email, they respond after 4 days if you are lucky.

I have an online store website hosted by 1Grid, of late I have had a reoccurring issue where we can not see the the online payment response after a customer has ordered and paid via payfast, this means if a customer pays online, we can not see that she has paid, therefore we don't dispatch the goods.

Payfast has been very helpful in trying to diagnose the problem, they found out that 1GRID server is not absorbing the ITN responses from payfast. They even sent steps of what need to be done to fix it.

i sent this information to 1Grid, they claimed to have fixed it but its still ongoing. Today payfast tested again and found that the 1Grid server is still not absorbing the responses after claiming that it is sorted.

I AM IN HOT WATER WITH ,MY CUSTOMERS, MY BUSINESS IS ON THE ROCKS BECAUSE OF THIS.

I AM SO GATVOL OF 1GRID. THEY CAN'T GET A THING RIGHT.
