My business email has been unable to send emails for 7 consecutive days.

Trying to get support from 1-Grid is im possible.

If you call their customer support line, you sit on hold for over an hour just to get kicked back to the main menu.

If you log a ticket, you wait 5 to 6 hours for a generic reply that resolves absolutely nothing.

1-Grid does not care about the financial impact this is having on my business.

I need a senior technical manager to look at Ticket #*** and Customer Code *** immediately to fix this SMTP/sending block before I am forced to move my business entirely.
