I would like to send a personal recognition to Zaheer W. An exceptional customer support agent who has proven over and over his excellent customer support skills by always going the extra-mile and assuring queries are resolved professionally and most importantly in a friendly manner. The cherry on top of the cake with Zaheer is that he takes time to educate about the issue so that next time it doesn't occur again. Zaheer takes time to own the issue and get the initiative of calling back to resolve the matter. I have personally dealt with him in several occasions and this time I think he deserve a little note of acknowledgment that his services are highly appreciated.
