24/7 support just not outside office hours

Probably the worst level of service in the industry. We have been using 1-grid since their Webafrica days so well over a decade. We supposedly have Prosupport which offers urgent 24/7 support. This is totally false. Any service issue you log with them it will take 3 days for anything to happen. Phone their supposed Prosupport number and get told they are closed and only work office hours. Phone their old support number and hold for 10 minutes and then be cut off. Contact them via their live chat and get told a service agent will contact you. Log a ticket via their website and wait at least 3 days before the status changes from being processed. They simply don’t care. I would not recommend them.
