2 months of my server and websites down after an upgrade

Since November, i got a call from 1-grid, about them upgrading my server, only to find out after the upgrade, they messed it up and all my websites were down, then on top of that, they "fixed" it but still I could not send or receive emails, then one website was still not working, on top of that, I cannot create a new account, I have a new client whom i cannot upload their website on my system. I have been talking to 1 person who tried to help, but the developers are on leave, so it is my problem. Its been 2 months of my server not working and I have a small client base and a small business, but on top of loadshedding I cannot even trust this company to simply do what they do.. Amazon Web Services seem like an obvious choice at this point, not the first time this happens..
