1Grid....you have staff that I want to pouch!

Where do I start....Ive always had "someone" who manages my tech services for me and this year, I decided to venture forward and take that on myself. Easier said than done....so I get hold of 1Grid....more specifically I get hold of Lelethu Njozela.....and my tech life changed! My request was multi pronged, involved upgrading services, suspending services and a host of other things. Lelethu - who has only been with 1Grid for 6 weeks, was phenominal. She helped, taught and believe it or not, came back to me several times when she did not have solution. She was supported by Stuart and between the two of them, they have restored my faith in the 1Grid call centre. If my organisation justified either of them, there would be a serious discussion, these agents are awesome, went above and beyond and I certianly appreciate them. To the 1Grid management, you hired great people.
