Gustav, Zaheer Wally & Danielle - you guys all assisted individually with my bouquet of problems this morning - relating to a client's IP being blacklisted, a domain transfer that could stuck and lacking knowledge from an end user who just needed a little bit of guidance...
Gustav, it was tough to hear you at first and I was already stressed... but you stayed calm when I got agitated and went the extra mile to help me, thank you for your kindness & patience!
Danielle, you helped us sort out an issue there with the domain transfer, and I appreciated you remembering my email problem after you spoke to my director and then transferring me to the correct department.
Mr. Wally, thanks for helping me resolve the rest of the email setup problems, and for guiding this end user through the ID10T errors ;-) You also stayed calm and helped me sort out the issues.
You guys are PROS, thanks for being so awesome. :-)
