1-Grid...the light are on but no one is home!

Slowest support on earth! They just close support tickets without resolving them. Been holding on for 20min waiting for support..... No guys really, how are we suppose to run a business with this kind of backup? Really disappointing!! If i look at all these bad reviews then it seems like the management at 1-grid don't care either whats happening.
