1-GRid worst support
Worst company to do business with. Currently been holding on for 2 hours for assistance. Really!!! Your staff has no idea what they are doing. Never ever do business with them. Taking away all our domains asap!!

06 May 2025, 15:35Ok so my happiness is short lived. Emails worked this morning and since 2pm my emails cannot sync, and I am stuck again. Think that the time has come to now finally bid 1-grid goodbye. What they do not understand is that the problem is that we receive numerous amounts of spam mails and the fault is on their servers allowing this spam to get through. Then mail channels block our account because of all these spam emails. Seriously get your act together. Have been complaining about the spam for more than 6 months!!!!!

07 May 2025, 16:46Please stop sending a prepopulated reply that is the same for all complaints. Got a call today to and then an email to say that everything is working. Got to the office just to find out that the email account is still not syncing with your servers. Please get someone that knows what is going on to fix the problem.

09 May 2025, 18:46So now I get no response, and I am being told by the support staff that my pc and outlook is outdated. Funny that I have been battling for nearly 2 days with one of our domains, got told everything was working, which it was not and then a computer technician doing our work at our offices fixed my mail in less than 15 min. Spoken to 1-grid about the other domain and then I could not log in and get any mail on the pc that has been working on those account for the last 6 months. Then the support person said he will cancel my services with 1-grid. How professional is that?? You really are the worst support and service provider ever!!
