1 Grid Worse Hosting Company Ever!!!

My hosting services keep going up and down and 1 Grid simply has no one to attend to my 3 tickets I have created. Over the past 2 months their services keep going up and down every weekend. No one has been able to properly explain issues leading to down-time. On the other hand they are advertising for more customers while they are not able to service them. When you call in you hold for about 10 minutes with no one picking the line except for a voice prompt.
