1-grid - worse domain hosting company

A while ago I called them to explain me how to load my own web page. The guy on the phone didn't look too smart. I had the impression that he just landed from a different planet. Got a promise that they will send the info by email. I got nothing. Called again. Same: no-answer. Tried to call them. No answer. Waiting for 1 h for someone to pick up. All dead over there. I tried to do it myself. IMPOSSIBLE. All is bloated, it does not make any sense to me, I found a free site to handle my domain. Busy loading and getting an email as well. At least it works. 1-grid: useless - running on African Time schedule
