1-Grid will ***** your money and keep your sites hostage

I had the worst experience. Been with this hosting company, and the previous companies it bought out (or changed names) for nearly 10 years). I have about 10 domains through them, and 7 services. Eagleviewsecurity.co.za is one of them. I paid R219 per month to host this website by them, and have unlimited bandwidth usage due to this. BUT, they decided to charge me R2276 this month because they dont keep to their aggreement. On my management portal it shows me I have used 6000mb of UNLIMITED data, as it did show the last few years and I paid my R219 loyally. I phoned for more than 4 days now, being treated rudely and like a ********. They refuse that I speak to a manager and refuse to even look at the proof I have. I have all the recordings on voicemail of how rude they are, and also 2.of the staff members stating clearly 2 days ago they will give my funds back, but never did. I will publish this conversations to youtube for everyone to hear. Stay away from these *********!!!!! On top of the R2276 they took they are trying to get more but they maxed my credit card and I lost my car insurance due to them (my budget is strict and I plan every cent the last few years, never expected them to just deduct an additional R2276 this month for no reason. It is sad to see a company fail this badly.
