1 Grid - Warning to Businesses - Do Not Consider Using Their Services

We were recently advised wrongly by Joseph in terms of purchasing a server. (See attached -email) The error was rectified 2 weeks later. Upon purchasing the new VPS server we were assured the server will support Multi PHP. (only to be told that the new server does not support PHP5.3) We were also assured that Advanced Technical support will migrate our current cPanel’s onto the new server. After numerous interactions, the migration was done on the 30/05/2023 However the migration was not successful.

Cpanel – www.urbanrewards.co.za (emails are not working for 2 days) Cpanel – www.theexecbiz.com (emails are not working for 2 days – cannot access subdomains) and now the site is suspended- why???? Cpanel – www.addedcover.co.za (email not working)

We have had pathetic support from 1 grid and this has affected our business operations for the past 48hrs bringing business to a halt. Poor communication and no turnaround times from 1 grid. Support tickets being ignored.

Please can someone in management contact us urgently to resolve this matter. I am now contacting my legal team to institute a case against 1grid for loss of revenue.
